Attention Management Workshop

"Attention is the currency of performance." Attention Management Workshop is designed to help individuals improve their ability to focus and concentrate, while also reducing distractions. Through this workshop, participants will learn techniques to enhance their attention, focus, concentration, and efficiency.​

1:1 Coaching

Our ICF accredited 1:1 Coaching service offers a unique opportunity for clients to work with an accredited coach and gain the resources and tools they need to know themselves better and reach their goals. The coach provides a supportive and professional environment.The sessions are tailored according to each individual client.

An internationally accredited 8-week program created for participants to invite awareness and compassion into their lives. During this program, the participants will plant the seeds of awareness and compassion in their lives and contribute to the germination of these seeds with regular practices. The program is experiential. 

Sleep Workshop

Our Sleep Workshop is designed to help individuals understand the biology of sleep and the circadian rhythm. We cover topics such as sleep hygiene and developing healthy habits that promote better sleep. With this knowledge, participants will be better equipped to achieve a restful and restorative sleep.

Self Confidence Workshop

Self Confidence Workshop is designed to help you develop the skills and awareness necessary to create a strong sense of self-confidence. Mindful Eating Workshop

The Mindful Eating Workshop is designed to help you create a healthier relationship with food that is based on mindfulness and nurturing your body and mind. Through this workshop you'll learn how to become more mindful of your eating habits and develop a more nurturing relationship with food, rather than one based on restrictions. 

Yoga and Meditation

Our Yoga and Meditation classes offer a gentle approach to bring awareness to the body, mind and nervous system.

 

Through mindful movement and breath work, the classes are designed to help you find balance within and create a sense of overall wellbeing.
