Mindfulness and Compassion Program (MCP)
The Mindfulness and Compassion Program is an 8-week program created for participants to invite awareness and compassion into their lives. During this program, the participants will plant the seeds of awareness and compassion in their lives and contribute to the germination of these seeds with regular practices. The program is experiential. It can be presented live online or face to face. MCP is accredited by International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).
No recording is taken during the program. It is appropriate for participants not to attend a maximum of two sessions. And those who attend 80% of the sessions are presented with an MCP participant certificate by the trainer. This certificate meets one of the prerequisites for MCP instructor training.

All content is based on solid and scientific sources, you can find the sources at the end of each chapter. At the end of the 8-week program, participants can discover the applications that work best for them and continue to apply them. Not every practice works for everyone.

Sources are based on thousands of years of Buddhist Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, described in Mindfulness and Compassion classes, and presented in a secular way.
