This program is UK’s leading mindfulness curriculum for 11-18 year olds in schools. It aims to improve the lives of children by making a genuine, positive difference to their mental health and wellbeing. 350,000 primary and secondary pupils have already benefited from their program, which helps them to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
Mindfulness is a scientific method that successful athletes all over the world incorporate into their mental training. The program, which aims to increase the sports performance of young people, is presented with content that they can use as a life skill.
